We are seeking volunteers who can commit to five hours a week to help Weld County’s homeless population. Volunteers will help guests find and secure housing and access needed services like mail and laundry. All volunteers are trained in Housing First strategies. Intern with the Housing Navigation Center.

The Housing Navigation Center is seeking a part-time, unpaid intern, preferably with a background in Human Services or a related field. Benefits include experience in diversion, HMIS (Homeless Management Information Systems), networking with partnering agencies, and direct service opportunities. If you are interested in helping those at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness using a Housing First model, please apply by emailing Nicole Quinn. Serve the homeless in Weld County.

The Cold Weather Shelter (open Nov. 1, 2019 – April 15, 2020) is seeking volunteers to bring and serve food at the cold weather shelter. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact with those experiencing homelessness. An excellent way to serve with your family, friends, church group, student group or co-workers!
